My approach integrates neurobiology, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, using evidence-based modalities like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), attachment-focused therapy, and polyvagal theory to help clients heal from depression, anxiety, grief, & relational trauma. We’ll explore how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, building resilience and thriving through life transitions. Coping Skills: I’ll equip you with tools to interrupt your nervous system’s perceived threat signals, regulate your nervous system, and develop safety skills to navigate life’s challenges. 3.
